Provides administrative support to the Ad Innovation Sales Team (including the SVP, VP, Directors, Associates and Analysts) in performing their day to day duties; Responsible for the preparation of special reports and key category sales analysis, schedule coordination and workload support, senior level interaction with executives; preparation of correspondence and presentation material, fielding and routing of phone calls, filing, copying, travel arrangements/itineraries, weekly meeting and event coordination/planning, expense reporting.
- College Degree preferred; Internships in related fields and/or prior office experience a plus.
- Must be outgoing, energetic, organized, efficient, and a team player with a strong interest in the media business.
- Proficiency in various computer software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
