Facilities Coordinator
Location United Kingdom - Manchester Job ID 173841BR Apply NowAs a Facilities Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facilities Manager of TT Games in providing a full FM service across all sites and assisting with internal projects and office moves.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of Facilities services.
- First point of contact for all reactive works.
- Maintain statutory records for studio Health & Safety.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.
- Compile weekly and monthly update reports.
- Regular travel between sites as and when required.
Relevant Previous Work Experience:
- Previous experience within an FM environment is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience working with SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Proven ability to manage external suppliers to achieve superior levels of service.
- Able to demonstrate management and knowledge of both hard and soft services requirements of buildings.
Skills Required:
- Highly organised, with excellent communication skills, you will be able to re-prioritise tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Effective time management and assessment of workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employee within the organisation.
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
- Report creation and monitoring of SLA on service contracts.
