Our nine Business Resource Groups are the more formal channels dedicated to helping find and grow diverse employee communities all while building new and clever ways of connecting to fans. Whether its joining a robust circle mentoring group, jumping in custom-designed leadership & development initiatives or more informally helping a producer wrestle with a story or a new pilot, helping us find fresh talent in new ways – we’re looking for employees to connect, debate and engage in meaningful ways.
